中文摘要: 随着微网概念的提出和微网系统的研究与示范应用,开发适合于包含多种分布式电源的微网新一代能量管理系统是微网技术的重要内容。本项目针对微网能量管理系统中的各种分布式电源、储能系统、负荷及相关单元级控制器进行单元级建模,对太阳能、风能等可再生能源发电单元进行长期、短期及超短期的发电能力预测,建立适应于微网系统的经济运行优化模型,考虑可再生能源利用最大化等运行优化策略,开发高效实用的组合优化算法,针对微网系统的电源、负荷和线路参数存在不对称性等问题,提出适用于微网系统的潮流计算、状态估计、和最优潮流算法等电力系统分析方法,以广州能源所建立的国内首个海岛MW级多能互补微电网示范项目(珠海东澳岛)为平台,对上述研究结果进行实际验证。本项目将为微网能量管理软件平台的研制开发在数学建模和应用软件层面上提供一定的理论成果和指导,对推动微网发展、加快我国能源战略的实现,具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Along with the concept, research and demonstration of microgrid, it's important to develop the new EMS (energy management system) taking account of the microgrid with various distributed energys. As being the project focused around the microgrid energy management research, the basic analysis theory and design methods of energy management of microgrid are studied,including the modeling of various distributed energys, energy storage system and the relevant controller unit included in the microgrid; the long term, short term, and ultra-short term generated power forecasting of solar and wind generation unit; the modeling of economic operation optimization for microgrid, the operation optimization strategy taking account of the maximization of renewable energy utilization, and the developing of combinatorial optimization algorithm with high efficient and utility; the methods and algorithms for power system analysis such as power flow calculation, state estimation, and optimal power flow, considering the asymmetry of the power supply, load and the line parameter of microgrid; the physical experiments based on the first demonstration of MW class microgrid with hybrid distributed generations in island (Zhuhai Dongao Island) built by Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion, which can experimental verify the results.
