中文摘要: 本研究以阐明中药注射剂过敏反应的关键影响因素为研究目的,以清开灵、双黄连、血塞通、参麦、丹参注射剂等五个中药注射剂品种为研究示例,在全面考虑过敏反应发生三要素(患者体质因素、药品自身因素、临床用药因素)的基础上,应用以数据挖掘为主的实验方法开展研究。 研究中,首先进行中药注射剂过敏反应信息的规范化采集(包括集成国家药品不良反应监测中心数据库信息),进而构建可以体现过敏反应发生三要素特点的中药注射剂过敏反应信息三维立体数据库。依托三维立体数据库平台,应用贝叶斯网络、神经网络、决策树和关联规则方法,开展多维因素间的聚类、分类和关联性研究,并构建相应数学模型。 通过本研究,力求揭示中药注射剂过敏反应发生的关键影响因素,为制定过敏反应防范措施提供科学依据,并探索基于多维数据挖掘的中医药学研究新方法。

英文摘要: In this study, we carried out the research on the allergic factors that caused by Chinese herbal injections, with the examples of Shuanghualian, Qingkailing, and Ciwujia injection. Based on the full consideration of the three-elements of adverse drug reactions (ADR), which included drug quality factor, clinical factor, patient physical factor, our study would be conducted with the method of data-mining. The first step of the research was the standard collection of the information of allergic caused by Chinese herbal injections. Furthermore, we built a 3D database which can embody the three-elements of ADR, based on information of the database of National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center. Relying on the database platform, the application of weka data mining system, and the use of Bayesian network, Neural network, Decision tree and the other methods, we would develop the researches of clustering, classification, and association rules between multidimensional factors, to clarify the key factors of allergy occurrence caused by Chinese herbal injections. Through the research, we tried to reveal the laws and characteristics of allergic reactions caused by Chinese herbal injections, announce its key factors, provide a scientific basis for the precautions of allergic and explore the new methods to research the safety of traditional Chinese medicine.
