中文摘要: 喷雾场雾化液滴的粒径分布、温度及组分浓度分布等相关参数的实时测量对理解和揭示喷雾场液滴瞬时状态和行为,优化雾化装置及生产流程效率具有重要意义。本项申请提出一种新颖的调焦分离彩虹光谱测粒方法,利用光的色散原理,通过对液体变焦透镜高速逐步调焦的手段,使白光入射颗粒群形成的多色彩虹在各波长下依次聚焦成像,结合图像分离算法,获得多个离散波长下的彩虹光强分布,再利用多维参数实时反演算法,实现了同时对喷雾场液滴的粒径分布、折射率分布及特定物质组分的实时反演测量,弥补了现有测量方法无法同时对上述参数进行无先验假定信息的实时反演的不足。此外,通过结合软测量理论,更有望对进一步对喷雾场液滴的温度分布、组分浓度分布、颗粒形态、速度等进行反演测量。该项成果有望形成新的颗粒参数测量理论和研究方法,丰富研究手段,提高对喷雾场雾化液滴行为状态及气液两相流动特性的认识以及为开发新型的颗粒测量仪器提供理论基础和实验模型。

英文摘要: On-line measurement of droplets parameters in a spary, including droplets size distribution temperature and compositon concentration, is significant important to understand and reveal spray droplets instantaneous behavior and optimize atomizer and production process. This application proposes a novel droplet parameter measurement method, which is named as focusing rainbow spectrum seperation method. Based on light dispersion principle, by means of gradually focusing a liquid zoom lens with a high speed, the colorful rainbow formed by droplets with a white light incidence will in turn confocal imaging. Then by means of image separation algorithm, a number of monochromatic rainbow scattering light distributions at discrete multi-wavelenths will be get. Using multi-dimensional parameter inverse algorithm, the spray droplets size distribution and refractive index distribution and special meterial can be measured simultaneously, which make up the shortage of existing methods that can not on-line inverse such parameters simultaneously without a priori information. In addition, through the combination of soft measurement theory, this method is more likely to measure spray droplets temperature distribution and components concentration and dropet shape and speed.
