中文摘要: 基于碳硼烷独特的分子结构和性质,碳硼烷衍生物在医药、新材料的合成、分子识别、硼中子捕获治疗等方面均具有十分重要的意义。在前期研究中,申请人以邻位-碳硼烷、正-丁基锂、硫(硒)和[(p-cymene)RuCl2]2为原料,通过控制反应条件,分离得到系列含硫族元素碳硼烷有机金属钌化合物,探索了构建含多个碳硼烷基团有机金属化合物的合成方法。本项目拟在原有工作的基础上,选择[(p-cymene)OsCl2]2为有机金属试剂,合成系列含多个碳硼烷基团有机金属锇化合物,探索该合成方法的普适性;选择不饱和含硫族元素碳硼烷有机金属化合物与末端炔醇反应,通过碳硼烷选择性功能化,获得富含硼且具有靶向基团的新型化合物;筛选部分目标化合物,对其生物活性进行初步研究。旨在探索新型含特殊官能团碳硼烷衍生物的微观结构与性能之间的构效关系,为合成和开发具有良好性能和应用前景的含碳硼烷的靶向药物提供新的选择。

英文摘要: The chemistry of dicarba-closo-dodecaborane is a fascinating research area because of its unique molecular structure, fundamental properties, and a variety of potential applications in medicines, material synthesis, molecular sensing, boron neutron capture therapy for cancer (BNCT) and so on. In our previous studies, organometallic ruthenium complexes containing 1,2-dicarba-closo-dodecaborane-1,2-dichalcogenolate ligands could be synthesized from the reaction of ortho-carborane, n-butyl lithium, sulfur (selenium) and [(p-cymene)RuCl2]2 by controlling the reactant conditions, and this methodology to build up organometallic complexes with multi-carborane units has been explored. As a continuation of this interesting chemistry, our research will focuse on the construction of organometallic osmium complexes containing ortho-carborane and poly-sulfide (selenolate) building blocks, and explore the dependence of the product type on the reactant conditions. In order to extend the scope of the chemistry, we will investigate the reactivity of the unsaturated carborane derivatives toward terminal alkyne alcohols, this may lead to the formation of the functional complexes, constructed from multi-carborane units and targeted groups.
