中文摘要: 近年来,LPSO结构在提高镁合金性能上的优异表现使其成为稀土镁合金的研究热点,但是已有的研究大都是围绕LPSO结构的形貌、类型转化及其对提高合金强度的作用进行分析。本项目以Mg-2Y和Mg-2Y-1Zn两种合金为研究对象,系统研究LPSO结构的类型和存在方式对合金蠕变行为的影响规律,并通过对蠕变过程中LPSO结构的演化及其与晶界、位错的交互作用的研究揭示LPSO结构对合金抗蠕变性能的强化机制和含LPSO结构镁合金的蠕变变形机制,并结合晶体学和热力学理论建立相关的蠕变模型,对于新型高性能耐热镁合金的开发和应用具有重要的理论意义和工程价值。

英文摘要: In recent years, LPSO structure has been of great interest due to its good effect on improving the mechanical properties of magnesium alloys. However, the previous investigations were mostly focused on the morphology and transformation of the LPSO structure and its effect on improving the strength. . In this project, Mg-2Y and Mg-2Y-1Zn alloys will be prepared. The effect of type, amount, morphology and distribution of LPSO structure on the creep behavior of the magnesium alloys will be systematically studied. Besides that, the evolution of LPSO structures and their interaction with grain boundaries and dislocations during creep will be investigated to understand the strengthening mechanism and creep deformation mechanism of LPSO structure containing magnesium alloys. Based on the results, combining with crystallography and thermodynamics theory, a creep model will be built. The results of this project will provide great information on the development and application of heat-resistant magnesium alloys.
