中文摘要: 利用CASSINI探测器对土星辐射带长期观测的高精度粒子波动电场磁场数据,引入非线性理论,针对土星辐射带区域能量粒子动力学过程和相关的非线性效应进行研究。我们将结合不同的行星际条件,研究能量粒子特性,尤其是高能粒子(>1MeV),粒子加速和损失机制,土星众多卫星和土星环对辐射带粒子传输的影响;对Whistler mode chorus wave的观测做细致的事件分析和统计,研究chorus在磁赤道附近以及偏离磁赤道之后都是如何传播的,具体机制是什么,chorus波在电子俯仰角散射中的作用,对粒子加速的影响等;引入非线性理论,讨论非线性效应在chorus 波粒子加速机制中的重要性;深入研究土星辐射带能量粒子模型,与磁层粒子注入事件的相关性。

英文摘要: Based on the CASSINI's long-term and high-resolution data (magnetic field, electric filed, wave, particle) in the Saturn's radiation belts, we will study the dynamical process of energetic particles and corresponding nonlinear effects in the Saturn's radiation belts. We will discuss the properties of energetic particles, especially for the higher energy paritcles (>1MeV), the partilce transport, acceleration and loss process, and the influences from Saturn's moons and rings in different interplanetary magnetic field conditions. We will also investigate the propagation of whistler-mode chorus waves near the magnetic equator and off the magnetic equator, the effects of chorus in energetic electron pitch-angle scattering, and the influence on particle accelerations. Futhermore, by taking into account the nonlinear theory, we will study the significance of nonlinear effects in the manchanism of changing the rate of particle acceleration. We deeply discuss present model of the Saturn's raidation belt with the Earth's radiation belt model, and the relationship with plasma injection in Saturn's inner magnetosphere.
