中文摘要: 订单从生成到完成的业务主线会改变制造系统运行条件,造成资源优化配置新难题;网络分析法可兼顾全局和局部优化,但制造系统到网络图的映射、业务主线和资源约束条件关系的建立和评价又成为新的研究难点。本项目拟从结点之间的关系出发,通过构建制造信息传播关系网,将业务主线约束型制造系统资源优化配置问题映射为结点度和边权重双参数约束的网络图,建立以度分布、订单属性、加工件数、单位资源消耗量等为主要参数的数据结构,实现网络去冗和降维,建立包括网络描述、度分布、聚类系数、网络距离的信息动力学方程组,对制造网络进行性能评价,揭示系统信息流转规律;采用信息同步和扰动控制,预测和调整参数,改变资源瓶颈点,实现参数优化后的网络耗散再平衡,进而获得资源配置参数变化量。本项目提出的基于结点关系的网络分析方法,可为解决业务主线约束型制造系统的资源优化配置问题提供新的思路。

英文摘要: Business line changes the conditions of the manufacturing system, and makes trouble for the optimal allocation of resources. The network analysis method can achieve both global and local optimization, is one of the important analysis methods for manufacturing systems. But the manufacturing system how to map to network diagrams and how to realize business lines to resource constraints, become new research difficulties. The research will research the relationship of nodes, and put forward out a relationship network analysis method and resource optimal allocation method of manufacturing system limited by business lines. Builds a manufacturing information dissemination relationship networks, maps business lines and resources to two-parameter constraints network of diagram nodes' degree and edge weight, defines a seven-parameter data structure including degree of nodes, property of order, number of processing, unit consumption of resources and so on, reduces the redundancy and dimensionality of the network diagram, Builds the Information dynamics equations and evaluation methods including network description, degree distribution, clustering coefficient and network distance, reveals the law of manufacturing systems information dissemination, using the information synchronization and disturbance control method, predict
