中文摘要: 强海杂波背景下的微弱目标检测是当前海战场信息感知与获取面临的瓶颈问题。本项目利用MIMO阵列雷达体制开展海上微弱目标检测技术研究,充分利用MIMO阵列雷达系统提供的发射波形自由度、阵元位置自由度以及长时间凝视观测方式,开展基于信号波形与阵元配置优化设计的、基于Radon-分数阶傅里叶变换域处理的以及基于多维度分形特征的海杂波中MIMO阵列雷达目标检测技术研究。第一项内容解决以MIMO阵列雷达目标检测为目的的信号波形设计以及信号波形与阵元位置联合优化设计的问题,后两项内容分别解决MIMO阵列雷达凝视探测条件下的长时间能量相参积累检测问题与长时间能量起伏差异提取问题。最后进行相关算法的仿真分析与实测数据验证。

英文摘要: Weak target detection in the background of heavy sea clutter is still a bottleneck for information sensing and acquisition in current sea battlefield. In this project, MIMO array radar is used to investigate the detection problem of weak maritime target. By fully utilizing the degrees of freedom of transmitted waveform and array assignment as well as the long-time staring observation mode of MIMO array radar, This project investigates the MIMO array radar target detection techniques in sea clutter based on the optimization and design of signal waveform and array assignment, based on the Radon fractional Fourier transform processing, and based on multi-dimensional nonlinear feature, respectively.The first content aims at solving the waveform design problem as well as the combined optimization and design problem of signal waveform and array assignment, and the last two contents aim at solving the long-time coherently accumulation detection problem and the difference extraction problem of long-time energy fluctuation, respectively. Finally, simulations and real-data experiments are performed to validate the proposed algorithms.
