中文摘要: 研究以课题组前期二类卫生资源配置与(1+n)医疗卫生服务系统建模研究成果为基础(以共同第一作者发表SCI论文1篇,副主编卫生循证决策专著《中国医药卫生体制改革循证决策研究-基于(1+n)HDS复杂模型体系》等),聚焦转化医学的资源结构问题,以促进转化医学资源结构优化为目的,围绕转化医学资源结构对转化医学的科研成果转化率及转化周期的作用,分析国内外转化医学资源结构现状,对区域内转化医学中心进行现场调研,获得转化医学资源结构特征,运用系统动力学结构建模技术,构建转化医学资源结构模型,并进行结构模拟与转化能力政策干预实验,揭示转化医学资源结构转化规律,找到有利于转化能力提升的资源结构干预"靶点",获得转化医学要素资源类别、资源结构比例和资源组合模式,形成转化医学资源结构优化机理及相关方法,为转化医学的发展提供资源结构的量化依据。

英文摘要: Based on former outcomes of "1+n" modeling of Health Delivery System(HDS) as well as health resource allocation(the applicant has published academic paper in SCI journal and associate edited monograph of <Research on Chinese Health Dilivery System Reform Using Evidence-informed Policy Making - based on (1+n)HDS Complex Modeling System> on health evidence-informed decision making), the research focuses on the problem of resource structural translation for the purpose of optimizing the resource structure of translational medicine. Focus on the effect of resource structure of translational medicine on transformation rate and cycle of scientific achievements, the research take situation analysis of domestic and foreign translational medicine and investigations on the spot. Methods such as system dynamics and system thinking are used to build translational medicine resource structure model to take structural simulation, and carry out mutiple policy intervention experiments of translational ability to reveal translational rule of resource structure, and determine the multiple intervention "targets" of translatonal ability enhancement, and gain category, structure and mode of resource in translational medicine, and form the mechanism and related methods of resource structural optimazation of translational medicine to p
