中文摘要: 作为有机场效应晶体管(OFETs)的核心组成部分,有机半导体材料的设计、合成直接影响着器件的性能。当前有机场效应材料的研究热点在于设计合成高性能、高稳定性材料的同时,对半导体材料的自组装条件进行调控性研究,并从大量对比实验中总结出具有普适性的材料设计和器件优化规律。在该项目中,我们拟从合成和筛选具有高离子化能的结构单元出发,设计合成高性能、高稳定性的有机半导体材料,利用单晶X射线衍射等手段解析材料的分子结构、分子间相互作用力和堆积模式,在充分表征和分析材料的物理、化学性质的基础上,探索它们在OFET器件中的应用,研究材料结构与性能之间的关系,为新型有机半导体材料的结构设计提供依据。同时,在器件方面,利用表面能分析手段对多种衬底修饰条件和方法进行优化对比,并藉此开展一些基于非常规衬底的尝试性研究,为器件结构、功能的优化和新型器件的发展提供新思路。

英文摘要: As an important part of organic field-effect transistors (OFETs), organic semiconductor has aroused great attention for decades due to its potential in: 1) low-cost, large-scale and flexible organic applications, and 2) the controllable molecular structure and its directionally modified properties, which could not be achieved by finite inorganic semiconductors. Nowadays, the hot spot of this field lies in the design and synthesis of air-stable high-performance organic semiconductors, controllable regulation of self-assembled conditions, and guiding instruction of molecular design and device optimization, all of which could be summarized from the massive comparative experiments. Design and screening of promising functional groups with high ionization potentials will be carried out in this project, followed by syntheses and characterization of high-yield air-stable organic semiconducting materials. The single-crystal structures and molecular packing modes in their solid states will be especially discussed for the study of structure-property relationship and device optimization. Meanwhile, utilization of surface energy analysis of dielectric layers with various modifications will be carried out for further exploration and improvement of device performance and novel device structures.
