中文摘要: 介孔氧化物(MO)由于其大的比表面积及有序孔道可为水分子提供更多吸附活性点及扩散通道而成为近年来颇受关注的一类湿度传感材料。 但目前研究多集中在探索不同的MO湿敏材料上。而关于水分子与孔壁的相互作用及其在孔道中的吸附、扩散动力学行为的基础科学问题还有待解决。本项目在前期工作基础上,提出"介孔孔道结构、孔壁表面性质会影响水分子扩散动力学进而影响其湿敏性质"的观点。以模板法为主,水热/溶剂热法为辅控制合成具有不同孔结构的MO材料,研究介孔结构参数(如孔径尺寸、孔分布、孔的空间结构等)及孔表面性质调控与MO材料湿敏性能之间的关系。并自行搭建热重-湿度联动装置来研究不同相对湿度下水分子在不同孔道结构中的吸附、扩散规律;利用计算机数值模拟拟合实验数据来研究水分子在材料中的吸附、扩散过程;进而阐明MO材料的湿敏机理,为设计具有高性能的湿度传感器材料提供理论及实验依据。

英文摘要: Mesoporous oxide ( MO ), due to that its large surface area and ordered porous structure can provide more adsorption sites and diffusion channels for water molecules, has become one kind of popular humidity sensing materials in recent years. However, the present research mainly concentrates on the exploration of different MO humidity sensing materials. The basic science problem of the interaction between water molecules and pore wall or the adsorption and diffusion kinetic behavior of water molecules in mesopores remains to be solved. In this proposal, we suggest a new opinion that'Pore structure, surface property of MO materials have great influences on the diffusion behavior of water molecules'.MO materials with different pore structure will be synthesized mainly by template method. Relationship between mesoporous structure parameters (such as pore size, pore size distribution, connectivity and so on)、surface property of MO materials and their humidity sensing performance will be systematically studied. We also assemble equipment by combining the thermogravimetric analyzer and a humidity generator.
