中文摘要: 尽管合金的纳米化和超细晶化可以极大地改变合金的力学性能和强韧化机理,也会明显影响以该合金为基体的复合材料的力学性能,但SiC/Ti基复合材料中的超细晶Ti合金基体组织并没有引起人们的关注。本项目研究SiC/Ti基复合材料中的超细晶基体Ti合金组织的形成机理与相变规律、复合材料界面反应以及元素扩散对超细晶基体Ti合金组织的影响规律、超细晶基体Ti合金的强韧性及微观机理、超细晶组织对SiC/Ti基复合材料力学性能的影响规律,并于常规粗晶材料进行对比分析。本项目的研究对揭示SiC/Ti基复合材料以及超细晶Ti合金材料的强韧化机理均具有重要的理论意义,对SiC/Ti基复合材料在航空航天领域的应用具有重要的理论指导价值。

英文摘要: Although the mechanical properties and the mechanism of strengthening and toughening of alloys can be changed greatly by nano- or ultrafine-grains, and according to the role of mixture, the change will influence the mechanical behavior of composites in which the alloy is as matrix, no attention has been paid to the ultrafine grained microstructure of the matrix alloy in SiC/Ti composites. The project tries to study the formation mechanism of the ultrafine grained matrix Ti alloy in the SiC/Ti composites. The influence of the interfacial reaction and elements diffusion in the composites on the ultrafine grained microstructure and the phase transformation of the ultrafine grained Ti alloy will be investigated. The strengthening and toughening of the ultrafine grained Ti alloy will be researched and its effect on the properties of the SiC/Ti composites will be discussed,after comparing with that of normal coarse grained materials. It is of great significance for revealing the micro natures of strengthening and toughening of both the ultrafine grained Ti alloy and the SiC/Ti composites with ultrafine grained Ti matrix. The project can provide theoretical instructions for the applications of the SiC/Ti composites in aerospace field.
