中文摘要: 虽然Marangoni效应可促进液液和气液相间传质现象,但有目的利用Marangoni效应来强化传质过程的问题至今没有解决。其主要原因在于Marangoni效应的本质是三维的,人们未能充分和定量地在小尺度上认识Marangoni效应的结构和机理。为此,本研究拟从数值模拟和实验研究两方面认识传质导致的Marangoni效应的机理和演化规律。实验拟研究两个体系MIBK-醋酸-水和甲苯-丙酮-水中的相间传质过程和Marangoni效应,通过测定其传质速率和液滴的运动速度,为数值模拟提供必要的参数。比较液滴半径、传质方向、液滴的初始浓度等因素对传质速率的影响。建立上述体系中Marangoni效应的三维控制方程,数值模拟这两个体系中单液滴非稳态运动和萃取传质中的三维Marangoni效应,认识Marangoni效应的流动结构对传质速率的影响规律并给出关联式,指导液液萃取传质设备的设计和强化传质效率。

英文摘要: Although the Marangoni effect may promote the rate of interphase mass transfer in liquid-liquid or gas-liquid interface, the problem of making use of Marangoni effect purposefully to strengthen the procedure of mass transfer has not been solved. The main reason lies in a fact that the nature of Marangoni effect is three-dimensional, and engineers have not understood the flow structure and mechanism of the Marangoni effect fully and quantitatively from a small- scale. Therefore, this study aims at giving an insight into the mechanism and evolution of the Marangoni effect driven by interphase mass transfer not only from the point of numerical simulation but also from the point of experimental study. This study involves mass transfer-induced Marangoni effect of MIBK-acetic acid-water system and toluene-acetone-water system, the overall mass transfer coefficient and the velocities of drops will be experimentally determined to offer necessary parameters for numerical simulation. The influence of effect factors such as the diameter of the drop, the mass transfer direction and the initial concentration of the drop on mass transfer coefficient will be also discussed.
