中文摘要: "共情"与"接触受创人员"是护理专业的内在基本属性,护士是共情疲劳(CF)的高发群体,CF可对护士身心健康、工作质量产生严重的不良影响,甚至导致护士离职。本项目聚焦护士职业群体,探索"CF的发生发展及心理弹性的作用机制"。主要包括:(1)采用序列研究设计,开展护士CF流行病学调查,并结合质性研究,科学阐述CF的发生发展、变化的轨迹与时程特点;(2)基于横断研究,探究护士心理弹性特征,运用结构方程模型,构建其CF发生发展的心理弹性作用机制模型;(3)比较共情疲劳与共情满意的护士个体、对象、环境的差异指标,获得CF个体鉴别与干预效果评估的关键指标。本研究将对不同护士提供个体化的心理应对策略和支持系统,从而实现早期预防共情疲劳和倦怠,这对提升患者满意度、促进护士留职具有重要潜在意义。

英文摘要: Empathy and exposure to a traumatized individual are two essential and fundamental inherent nature of nursing care. Nurses are susceptible to compassion fatigue, while it may have negative effects on the nurse's physical and mental Health and on the ability to perform his or her job, finally may cause nurse left. The project explore the occurrence and development of compassion fatigue and action mechanism of resilience in nurses. It mainly includes 3 parts.(1) Methods epidemiological investigation, group series study design and qualitative study were employed in research to describe the occurring and developing, change law and time curve of CF in nurses.(2)To study characteristics of resilience based on cross-sectional data, and construct the mechanism model of resilience in the progress of CF by using the structure equation model; (3) Compare the indicator of individual environment, client environment and work environment in both nurses with compassion fatigue and compassion satisfaction, and achieve the key index to indentify the risk person and evaluate the effect of intervention. The study will provide the individual coping strategies and support methods for different nurses. CF and burnout can be prevented early, and it has potential significance to improve the satisfaction of patients and prevent nurses
