中文摘要: 本项目针对迄今习用电源管理单元PMU被动式功率管理模式,提出能量管理单元(EMU)的概念,进行主动式能量管理模式的两方面创新研究:1)基于功率随状态、时间的变化规律,提出动态能量模型(DEM),包括分段驱动和多模动态能量模型;2)引入"动态余量"概念,提出主动式动态余量能量管理(DHEM)策略。重点研究分析EMU及其SoC负载的能量输运规律,包括三项创新点:1)建立EMU分段驱动能量模型(SDEM);2)建立SoC多模动态能量模型(MDEM);3)研究以最小动态余量为目标函数的自适应动态能量管理策略(DEMS)。并进行上述模型与策略的实验研究,EMU轻载分段驱动效率提升6个百分点。突破迄今习用电源管理模式,获得EMU及其负载的能量输运规律和高效能量管理策略。本项目是一项系统集成功率电子学的应用基础研究,为SoC等复杂负载应用系统的低能耗设计提供科学的理论模型和管理策略,具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Aimed at the reactive power management modes for the typical PMU up to now, this project proposes the concept of Energy Management Unit(EMU). Two aspects of innovative research on active energy management are studied in this project: 1)based on the power change law with state and time, novel Dynamic Energy Models(DEM) are proposed, which include segmented driver and multi-mode dynamic energy models; 2) Cited the concept of "dynamic headroom", a novel Dynamic Headroom Energy Management (DHEM) strategy for SoC is proposed.This project analyses and studies the energy delivery disciplinarian of EMU and its SoC load emphatically. There are three innovative research points: 1) building the Segmented Driver Energy Model(SDEM) of EMU; 2) building the Multi-mode Dynamic Energy Model(MDEM) of SoC; 3)studying the adaptive Dynamic Energy Management Strategy(DEMS) for SoC based on minimum dynamic headroom. Validating experiment on the above models and strategy will also be done in this project. And the efficiency of the EMU with segmented driver will increase 6%. Breaking through the current typical power management technologies, this project will obtain the disciplinarian of energy delivery for EMU and its load, as well as the high efficiency DHEM strategy.
