中文摘要: 研究和开发硝基芳烃爆炸物的准确、快速检测用荧光传感材料对社会安全和环境保护具有重要的科学意义和实用价值。多孔金属-有机骨架材料由于具有高的孔隙率、稳定性好及结构可调控性等特点,已成为新型荧光传感材料研究的热点,但是目前的多孔金属有机骨架荧光传感材料存在响应速度慢、敏感性差的缺点,限制了其在硝基芳烃爆炸物检测方面的实际应用。为了解决这一问题,本项目从制备具有有较大比表面积、高的孔隙率、荧光性能好的金属-有机骨架材料出发,设计合成一系列具有发光性质的基于芴衍生物的羧酸配体,利用自组装的方法构筑结构独特的多孔金属-有机骨架荧光材料,深入研究其对硝基芳烃爆炸物的荧光传感性能,探索其作用的机理。本研究将为多孔金属-有机骨架荧光材料应用于硝基芳烃爆炸物的检测奠定实验基础,并为高效荧光传感材料的的研究和设计提供理论和技术指导。

英文摘要: Research and development of fluorescent sensor materials for the accurate and fast detection of nitroaromatic explosives has important scientific significance and practical value for social security and environmental protection.Porous metal-organic frameworks possess the characteristics of high porosity,good stability and structural control,which has become research hotspot in new fluorescent sensor materials. However, the present porous metal-organic frameworks have some drawbacks such as low response speed and poor sensitivity, which limit their practical application in the detection of nitroaromatic explosives. To solve the problem, this project starts from the synthesis of porous metal-organic frameworks as fluorescent sensors with large surface areas, good stability and good fluorescence properties. We plan to design a series of carboxylate ligands based on fluorene derivatives, and construct the porous metal-organic frameworks with unique structures. Through the investigation of their fluorescent sensor propertities for nitroaromatic explosives, we want to find the action mechanism. The study can establish an experimental foundation for the application of luminescent porous metal-organic frameworks, and guide us to design efficient fluorescent sensor.
