中文摘要: 含氟氮杂和氧杂环系列化合物(5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12元环)作为一类重要的杂环分子近年已显示出广泛的应用前景,目前合成这类含氟杂环化合物的报道并不多见。本项目通过选择不同链长的氟烷基双三氟甲磺酸酯为反应原料,与芳香(脂肪)胺、二胺、二醇、二酚发生环化反应,简洁高效制备含氟氮杂和氧杂(5-7元)环、(8-10元)中环、(12元)大环,这是一种合成含氟氮杂和氧杂环系列化合物的新方法。 这类含氟新分子(5-12元氮、氧杂环),结构变化多样,是研究含氟杂环物理与化学性质理想的模型,它们具有多个反应位点,对其进行进一步化学转化,将合成一系列有潜在应用价值的含氟分子:如引入到液晶结构单元中,能拓宽介晶相温度、提高介电各项异性,得到稳定且性能好的含氟液晶新材料;结合离子液体化学,合成含氟(F>40%)氮杂离子液体,这些新分子摩擦系数低、难挥发、耐高温,可作为潜在的高温润滑材料。

英文摘要: The series of fluorinated N, O-heterocyclic compounds (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12-membered ring) have shown a wide range of application as the important heterocycles. Few reports describing the synthesis of these fluorinated heterocycles are available. In this proposal, the trifluoromethanesulfonic acid perfluoroalkyldily esters, having different fluorocarbon alkyl groups, were employed as starting materials in the cyclization reaction with aromatic (alkyl) amine, diamine, alkyl diol, benzenediol to form N, O-based 5 to 7-membered ring, 8 to 10-membered medium ring, and 12-membered large ring, respectively. This appears to be an untried, but straightforward single step, route to these fluorinated heterocycles. The flexibile and various structure of these fluorinated new moleculars make them well suited for the ideal model to investigate the physical and chemical properties of fluorinated heterocycles. They have multiple reaction sites, and further treated with chemical conversion to give a series of valuable fluorinated molecular for potential application.
