中文摘要: 添加纳米粒子的轧制液已先于理论研究尝试在板带钢轧制生产中使用,但纳米粒子在轧制变形区的作用机理尚未明确,纳米轧制液润滑模型还未建立,成为阻碍纳米润滑技术进一步发展及应用的关键科学问题。本项目以纳米轧制液为研究对象,首次建立纳米轧制液润滑模型,从摩擦学角度研究纳米粒子的润滑机理。首先确定纳米粒子在轧制变形区的工作形态,分析纳米粒子的粒径、形貌和结构;接着明确轧制过程中纳米粒子同变形金属新生表面的交互作用机制,研究纳米粒子在金属新生表面发生的各种物理、化学相互作用;然后借鉴传统乳化液润滑油膜厚度、压力模型,建立轧制变形区纳米轧制液润滑模型,分析纳米膜厚度,纳米粒子浓度、纳米膜压力等在轧制变形区的变化,探讨纳米膜形成机理及作用形式;揭示纳米粒子的润滑机理。该项目对研究纳米润滑技术具有直接的指导意义与推动作用,而且在节能减排方面也潜在着巨大经济效益,具有极高的理论及应用价值。

英文摘要: Rolling fluid with nanoparticles which has been ahead of theoretical research is applied in plate and strip rolling production. But the mechanism of nanoparticles is yet not clear in rolling deformation zone and rolling lubrication model with nanoparticles has not been established, which becomes the key scientific problems of hindering the further development and application of nano-lubricating technology. The research object of this project is rolling liquid with nanoparticles. Rolling lubrication model with nanoparticles is built for the first time and nanoparticles lubrication mechanism is researched from tribological viewpoint. Firstly, identify the work form of nanoparticles in rolling deformation zone and analyze the size, morphology and structure of nanoparticles. And then clear the interaction mechanism between nanoparticles and new deformed surface of metal in the rolling process and study various physical, chemical interactions of nanoparticles on metal newborn surface. Lastly, build the rolling lubrication model with nanoparticles on the basis of traditional emulsion oil film thickness, pressure model and analyze the change of nanometer film thickness, concentration of nanoparticles, and nanometer film pressure in rolling deformation zone.
