中文摘要: 独立变桨技术旨在降低塔影效应和风剪切作用在风电机组上的不平衡载荷。风电机组输出的电能质量的好坏,是风电机组是否适合并网的直接因素。研究的目的:通过监测采用独立变桨控制技术的兆瓦级风电机组输出的电能质量,改进独立变桨控制方法,寻求改善兆瓦级风电机组综合性能的途径,使风力机获取最大的能量转换效率,输出稳定可靠的电能,机组运行在最小负荷的状态下。研究工作对完善风电系统的控制技术及理论也具有重要促进作用。 研究内容:大型风力发电机组建模,设计独立变桨控制策略,研究独立变桨控制对风电机组输出电能质量的影响及改善措施。 创新点: 1建立含风剪切、塔影效应和湍流的风速模型,建立适用于独立变桨控制的风轮气动模型。 2建立适用于风电机组的低频段测试精度较高的闪变检测模型。 3形成既保证风电机组发电量和电能质量,又能降低机组载荷的优化的独立变桨控制策略。

英文摘要: The purpose of individual pitch control technology is to reduce tower shadow and wind sheer acting on the wind turbine generator(WTG). Power quality produced by WTG is the important factor which determined whether the WTG is allowed to cut in. The purpose of this project is to improve the individual pitch control method, look for the routine advancing the entire characteristics of Megawatt wind turbine, in order to obtain the maximum energy conversion efficiency, output steady electricity, and operate with the minimum load. Content: megawatt wind turbine modeling, individual pitch control strategy, the influence of power quality using individual pitch controller, and the method to improving the characteristics of wind turbine. Innovation: 1 Build the wind model including the wind sheer, tower shadow, and turbulence intensity of wind, build the aerodynamics model of rotor blade applied to individual pitch control strategy. 2 Build the voltage flicker measurement model with accurate measurement result in low frequency band, which adapt to wind turbine. 3 Form the optimum individual pitch control strategy, in order to guarantee the output and power quality, and reduce the mechanical load of wind turbine.
