中文摘要: Web是农产品安全信息发布和传播的重要平台。通过农产品安全信息挖掘和传播建模,发现农产品安全信息的传播规律,为农产品安全危害事件的干预提供决策支持。目前国内外基于Web的农产品安全信息传播与干预研究尚处于初期阶段,我国相关部门急需这方面的理论和方法支持。 本项目拟利用本体、Web挖掘、复杂网络等理论方法,研究农产品安全信息本体语义模型,构建农产品安全Web信息语义检索模型;提出农产品安全Web信息传播过程追踪算法,并对传播过程进行复杂网络建模与仿真,获取传播速度、峰值和饱和度,以及关键结点、时段、路径等决策信息;研究农产品安全Web信息传播影响力,构建时空影响力波动与扩散模型,提出面向农产品安全事件的民众负面情绪分析模型;最后,构建传播态势度量指标体系和研判模型,以及危机信息干预模型;研究成果有助于揭示农产品安全信息的传播机理,可为农产品安全危机事件的干预与调控提供技术支撑。

英文摘要: Web has become an important platform for information publishing and propagation in the field of agricultural product safety. Through web information mining and propagation modeling, the information propagation law of agricultural product safety will be discovered, which will be used for providing the decision support for the hazard event intervention of agricultural product safety. At present, study of web information propagation and intervention for agricultural product safety is still in its infancy at home and abroad, and the theories and methods in this regard are urgently needed for the supervision department of China. Ontology, web mining, complex network and other theories will be comprehensively used in this project. This project intends to: (1) study the web information semantic framework based on ontology, construct the semantic retrieval model for the web information of agricultural product safety; (2) propose the propagation tracking algorithm of web information of agricultural product safety, and construct the information propagation simulation model based on complex network to obtain the velocity, peak and saturation of propagation, as well as the key nodes, the critical period, critical path of propagation network for decision-making; (3) study the web information influential assessment, and build
