中文摘要: 爆炸焊接金属复合板已在工业上得到广泛应用,其复合质量由焊接界面波状形貌决定,然而学术上对界面波形貌分析仍处于定性水平,尚未建立定量分析方法,对该问题的研究具有重要的科学意义和工程应用价值。本课题打破欧几里德几何思想束缚,从分形几何角度研究波状界面形貌。研究过程中首先获得研究对象的图像数据,并利用分维分析方法对波状界面形貌、炸药铺设厚度及爆轰产物压力脉动等具有的分形特征进行研究,实现图像数据的定量表征;其次,从流体界面稳定性理论出发,建立射流运动动力学方程并求解,通过对方程解的分析揭示界面形貌对初始条件的依赖关系。最后,基于已表征的波状界面形貌对初始条件依赖关系,利用二维多重分形界面重构,通过迭代生成表面凹凸不平的几何对象,使其与界面形貌图像吻合,实现对应初始条件下焊接界面形貌的计算机界面重构,该方法反过来可指导爆炸焊接参数工程定量设计。

英文摘要: Metals of explosive welding have been widely used in industries. Its quality is determined by morphology of welding interface, but academically, the analysis level of interface morphology is still in qualitative, methods of quantitative analysis have not been established. So the research of interface morphology quantitative characterization and reconstruction is great significance both theoretical and practical. In this subject, to break the bound of Euclidean ideological, the morphology of welding interface will be researched by fractal geometry. In the course of study, graphics data such as wave interface morphology, thickness fluctuation of explosive and detonation product pressure pulsation will be obtained frist, and research on them by the fractal analysis method to achieve quantitative characterization for them. Second, base on the liquid interface stability theory, the jet motion differential equation will be established and solved. Then analyze solutions of equation, reveal the dependent relationship between equation solutions and initial conditions.
