中文摘要: 方剂是中医治病的主要形式和手段,是中医辨证论治的具体体现。方剂配伍规律研究是方剂学的核心问题。本项目以传统中医方剂配伍理论为切入点,提出一种用于中药复方配伍规律研究的属性结构偏序图知识表示和发现的新方法。主要学术思想是:以传统中医药理论为依据,以药物数据的规范量化处理为基础,采用分层优化形式背景方法建立基于分层优化的属性结构偏序图的中药配伍知识表示和发现新理论。 本项目将形式概念分析与中药方剂配伍规律研究相结合,创新性地将方剂组成信息表现在图形上,并从中发现方剂配伍规律特征,为中医药理论研究提供新的科学手段。预实验建立的《脾胃论》中李东垣治疗脾胃病的方剂药物概念层次关系发现的中药配伍规律,表明该方法用于方剂配伍规律研究,可将方剂理论转化为复杂概念关联的图形,可从概念层次关系图中得到相关方剂的完备知识体系,并发现新的方剂配伍知识。这对于传统中药方剂配伍科学知识发现具有重大意义。

英文摘要: Traditional Chinese herbal formula is the main drug treatment means. It reflects the theory of syndrome differentiation treatment. In order to solve the problems that how to mine and express classification knowledge and rules in compatibility of prescription, this project introuduces a new theory of attribute partial order chart used for the study on compatibility of Chinese traditional medicine, and this method, which based on traditional Chinese medicine theory of prescription and the drug data standardization, realizes the compatibility of prescription knowledge mining. In this study, the information of prescription composition is reflected on the graph by combining Formal Concept Analysis theory with prescription compatibility theory, and rules in compatibility of prescription are found from the graph. This method provides a new scientific means to study the Chinese medicine theoretical. The prescription drugs of stomach disease treatment in PiWeiLun are selected to carry out the FCA theory to mine the compatibility of prescription. The result shows that the rule of prescription compatibility is reflected on the graph of interrelated complex concepts.
