中文摘要: 重金属离子的污染评估、监控和检测分析已成为当前环境科学的重要研究方向。然而,如何实现水环境中重金属离子的选择性痕量检测一直是环境分析领域研究的难点之一。针对此关键问题,本项目拟将纳米传感技术与电化学方法相结合,建立液栅型单根纳米结构场效应管检测重金属离子的新方法。以氧化锌纳米线为研究对象,通过对其表面功能化修饰,实现纳米器件敏感单元对重金属离子的选择性捕获;研究重金属离子与功能化修饰的氧化锌纳米线间相互作用的电荷转移机制,揭示液栅型场效应纳米器件检测重金属离子的敏感机理;分析并提取纳米器件响应信号的本征物理量,探索其与待测重金属离子及浓度之间的内在关联性,为重金属离子选择性定量检测分析提供依据。预期研究成果将为发展新型的高灵敏、高选择性重金属离子检测纳米器件提供新思路和理论依据,对推动纳米传感器技术在环境检测中的应用具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Pollution assessment, monitoring and analysis of heavy metal ions have become an important research direction of current environmental science. However, it is still a challenge to selectively detect trace heavy metal ions of the real water sample in the field of environmental analysis. Aiming to this critical issue, we offer a novel strategy for the determination of heavy metal ions based on the liquid-gate individual nanowire transistor through combining nanotechnology with electrochemistry. Via employing ZnO nanowire as an exmple, the fabricated device will present selective absorption of heavy metal ions after its modification. The sensing mechanism of the fabricated liquid-gate transistor toward heavy metal ions will be disclosed through investigating charge transferring between heavy metal ions and functionalized ZnO nanowire. Finally, the quantitative detection and analysis will realized based on the inherent correlation between the extracted native physical parameter of responsing signals and concentration of heavy metal ions. The expected achivements will offer new ideas and theory for developing novel nanodevices for highly sensitive and selective detection heavy metal ions, and is also greatly important to promote the technology of nanosensor in the application of environmental analysis.
