中文摘要: 配位键驱动的自组装是构筑具有特定结构和大小的二维和三维架构有效的策略, 因此合成具有好的金属配位性能的建筑块成为构筑各种复杂功能结构的新途径。邻菲啰啉因其与过渡金属配位后具有很好的光化学和光物理性能而受到广泛关注。将邻菲啰啉与具有好的离子识别性能的冠醚相结合形成邻菲啰啉冠醚,研究其与金属配位后的离子识别性能和组装行为对于研究二者的协同效应以及结构与性能的关系具有重要意义。本课题在合成邻菲啰啉冠醚的基础上通过邻菲啰啉与金属离子釕的配位合成含有一个或多个冠醚环的金属配合物;通过冠醚与铵离子及联吡啶阳离子的非共价相互作用,组装形成含有多个识别位点的轮烷;通过菲啰啉与铜离子的配位驱动自组装形成准轮烷和索烃;利用酸/碱、光和电化学手段改变外部环境,刺激分子在不同位点的定向滑动或环的旋转运动,从而形成化学、光和电化学多重可控的分子梭、分子开关和可动分子锁环。这将为构筑新的分子器件奠定坚实的基础。

英文摘要: Coordination-driven self-assembly was a efficient strategy for the construction of discrete two-dimensional and three-dimensional architectures with defined shapes and sizes,Therefore, synthesis of building blocks having a good metal coordination properties was new ways to build a variety of complex functional structures. Due to good photochemical and photophysical properties of transition metal coordination, Phenanthroline attracted widespread attention. Investigation of its ion recognition and assembly behavior was great significance for the study of their synergistic effect and the relationship of structure and properties. This project aims at synthesis of metal complexes bearing one or several crown ether by coordination of phenanthroline with metal ions ruthenium on the basis of synthesis of phenanthroline crown ether ligand; The rotaxane containing multiple recognition sites was constructed by assembly of crown ethers with ammonium ions and bipyridine cations; Pseudorotaxane and catenane were formed by coordination-driven self-assembly of Phenanthroline and copper ion; Use of acid / base (chemistry), light and electrochemical means to change the external environment, stimulate the molecules directional sliding or rotational movement of the ring, and thus form a chemical, light and electrochemical multi-con
