中文摘要: 目前大规模风电利用已列入国家发改委的发展计划,风电成为发展最快的新能源之一。风电容量在电网中的比例迅速增加,对电网的影响日益突出。大量引入风电产生的联网问题主要是系统电压失稳问题。解决大规模风电并网面临电压稳定问题的瓶颈约束迫在眉睫。目前电压稳定性问题的理论体系尚不成熟,对电压失稳的机理缺乏统一认识。分叉理论在常规电力系统电压稳定性分析中取得了可喜的成果,利用分岔理论研究风电系统电压稳定问题是可行性的。风电入网使得电力系统非线性特性和时变不确定性更加明显,已有的提高常规电力系统电压稳定性的控制器难以适应风电入网的需求。根据自抗扰控制技术的特点,设计自抗扰控制器应对风电系统的参数扰动必将具有良好的控制效果。本项目深入地分析风电系统电压稳定问题中的分岔现象,探索其电压失稳的机理,进而结合自抗扰控制技术设计一种提高风电系统电压稳定性的控制策略,以期解决大规模风电入网的理论障碍。

英文摘要: The usage of wind power in large-scale has been part of the development plan for NDRC(National Development and Reform Commission) presently. Wind power has become one of the fastest developing new energies. The influence of wind power in large-scale integrated into the grid is becoming increasingly obvious. The main problem caused by the application of wind power is voltage instability. As a result, it is extremely urgent to solve the bottleneck of voltage stability when wind power is injected into the grid in large-scale. Nowadays, the theory of voltage stability is not yet mature and the agreement of understanding about voltage instability has not been reached. Bifurcation theory has achieved satisfactory results in the conventional power system voltage stability analysis. So, to analyze wind power system voltage stability based on bifurcation theory is feasible. Plenty of integrated wind power makes the nonlinear time-varying uncertainty of power systems more evident which means the conventional voltage stability controller can hardly meet the demand for wind power systems. According to the theory of Auto-Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC), ADRC Controllers will work effectively in dealing with the perturbation of parameters in wind power systems. In this project, the bifurcation phenomena in the voltage stability analysis of wind power systems are analyzed deeply, the mechanism of voltage instability is explored, and a kind of control strategy based on ADRC theory is designed to improve the voltage stability of wind power systems. It is expected that the theoretical obstacle to the wind power application in large-scale integration can be cleaned.
