中文摘要: 物联网是国家战略性产业之一,其核心技术之一是射频识别(RFID)技术。无芯片标签为降低RFID标签的成本提供了新的解决方案,还可用于硅芯片不适应的极端环境。目前的无芯片标签主要是用时域、频域信号(幅度、相位)编码,编码容量低,对极化方向敏感,频谱利用率低。 本项目将研究用微带贴片的空间角度信息编码的无芯片标签及其识别技术,通过测量复散射场在互相垂直的两个极化方向的分量,实现对角度的识别。项目的创新点主要有:1、提出了利用空间角度信息编码的标签,单元编码容量可以达到3-4bit,提高了单元的编码容量和编码效率,从而可提高单位面积的编码容量;2、利用复散射场在水平和垂直两个极化方向的分量来识别标签,标签各单元在不同编码状态占用相同频谱,可提高频谱效率;3、空间角度信息不会随着阅读器天线极化方向或标签的放置角度而改变,从而降低了标签对二者的敏感性,可避免由于标签放置角度不同而导致的误码。

英文摘要: The internet of things is one of the national strategic domains. One of its core is the radio frequency identification(RFID).The chipless tag provides a new solution for decreasing the cost and can be used in bad environments where the silicon chip can't work. At present, the chipless tag are based on time- or frequency-domain signature (amplitude,phase). The major problems are that the tags have a lower coding capacity and are sensitive to polarization and muilti-path interference. This project will study the chipless tag using space-angle information of microstrip patch and its identifying technology. By measuring the complex scattered field in two orthogonal polarization directions, the angle can be identified. The project has three innovations.First, the space-angle is used to encode. The coding capacity of 3-4bit for one unit can be achieved.Thus the encodeing capacity of one unit is increased largely and the encodeing efficiency is improved. In this case,the coding capacity in unit area can be improved. Second, the tag is identified by measuring the complex scattered field in two orthogonal polarization directions. For different coding state of one unit, the same spectrum is used, that the efficiency of spectrum can be improved.Third, the angle used to coding is independent on the polarization direction of
