中文摘要: 含硅小团簇分子的分子结构与化学性质研究,是半导体研究领域里从原子、分子尺度跨越到纳米尺度上不可或缺、至关重要的一环,同时也是天体物理学家们非常关注的课题之一。在本项目中,首先,我们拟采用直流放电脉冲分子束源在实验上成功制备获得小团簇分子Si3,利用高分辨激光诱导荧光(LIF)光谱仪,探测其电子态跃迁的LIF激发谱和色散谱,分析获得其相关电子态构型;然后在此基础上,采用平行板电极获得静电场,通过记录分子在静电场下LIF激发谱的分裂或位移情况测量目标分子的Stark效应,获得Si3分子相关电子态的永久电偶极矩值,并分析其化学键上的电荷分布情况。通过本项目的研究,我们不仅能够获得含硅小团簇Si3的分子结构和化学键性质等信息,同时也为天体物理、半导体团簇研究、量子点分子研究、纳米材料等前沿研究领域提供有价值的数据依据。

英文摘要: The molecular structure and the chemical property study of small cluster molecules containing silicon, Si3, is one of the most important subject in semiconductor research area, and it is a key segment for further study from atomic and molecular scale to nanometer scale, and also is one of the most interesting subject for astronomy physicist. Firstly in this proposal, a pulsed discharge molecular beam source will be used to prepare the target molecule Si3, and the high-resolution laser induced fluorescence (LIF) spectroscopy will be used to detect the LIF excitation spectrum and dispersed spectrum from electronic transition of Si3. The molecular structure will be obtained from the analysis of those spectra. Based on the experimental setup above, two parallel flat electrodes will be used to produce the static electric fields and measured the Stark shift or Stark splliting through LIF spectrum, and the Stark effect of Si3 will be analyzed. The permanent electric dipole moments of electronic states of Si3 could be obtained and the electric charge distribution on the bond of Si3 molecule will be discussed.
