中文摘要: 本课题拟采用平均场近似下的Bogoliubov -de Gennes 方程结合非平衡格林函数理论、Landauer-Büttiker 公式,对拓扑绝缘体-超导体-拓扑绝缘体异质结中交叉Andreev反射进行研究,主要研究内容包括 :(1)研究拓扑绝缘体-超导体-拓扑绝缘体异质结的量子调控,重点研究自旋轨道耦合效应、磁性杂质、非磁性杂质、退相干、磁场和电势场等效应对交叉Andreev反射的影响;(2)研究两端口以及多端口的拓扑绝缘体-超导体-拓扑绝缘体异质结量子输运性质,设计高效率的库柏对分离器;(3)研究拓扑绝缘体-超导体-拓扑绝缘体异质结界面处产生零模Majorana 费米子的条件与规律,探索这些Majorana 费米子在量子计算中的可能应用。本课题的完成将增进人们对交叉Andreev反射性质的理解,同时提高库柏对分离器的效率,为实现库柏对分离的量子信息技术提供理论基础。

英文摘要: With Bogoliubov -de Gennes equation in the mean-field approximation combined by the Landauer-Büttiker formalism and the nonequilibrium Green function method, this project will focus our study on the crossed Andreev reflection in topological insulator-superconductor-topological insulator junction. The research includes that: (1) we investigate crossed Andreev reflection in topological insulator-superconductor-topological insulator junction, where the effect of spin orbit interaction, magnetic impurity, non-magnetic impurity, quantum coherent, magnetic field, electronic potential will be considered; (2) we study the quantum transport in topological insulator-superconductor-topological insulator junction and design high efficiency Cooper pair splitting; (3) we study the condition and law of production of zero-model Majorana Fermion in the interface between topological insulator and superconductor, and explore the application of Majorana Fermion in quantum computing. The accomplishment of this project will improve the understanding of crossed Andreev reflection and increase the effciency of cooper pair splitting, provide the base for achieving quantum information technology of cooper pair splitting.
