中文摘要: 便携式核磁共振(NMR)波谱仪在快速现场检测方面具有巨大的优势和广阔的应用前景。受磁体稳定性、均匀性及有限空间的制约,便携式NMR波谱仪获取的NMR信号分辨率不高。如何克服永磁体温漂产生的不稳定性和永磁体本身均匀性较低产生的影响,在有限样品空间中获取高分辨NMR信号,如何提供便捷灵活的现场检测,如何在获取高分辨信号的同时提高灵敏度,是便携式NMR领域最新前沿和热点问题之一。本课题拟开展如下研究:(1)运用NMR理论设计新脉冲序列的基础上,从NMR谱学方法方面开展便捷式NMR系统不均匀场高分辨研究;(2)研究兼具匀场功能的射频收发谱仪探头技术,从技术方面改善有限样品空间的不均匀场性;(3)研究新型场频联锁技术补充磁体温漂,从信号处理方法上改善磁体不稳定性产生的影响;(4)利用优化设计和高温超导探头技术等方法,提高灵敏度。

英文摘要: Portable NMR spectrometers have proved a significant tool in the fast on-site testing, and exploited its promising applications in various fields. Owing to the limit on magnet stability, detecting area, and homogeneity of magnetic fields, low spectral resolution remains in the prortable NMR spectrometer applications. To overcome influences from magnet instability and field inhomogeneities on permanent magnets, researchers has done numerous works on enhancing the performance of portable NMR spectrometers on spatial resolution, signal sensitibity, and convenient operation. These studies are the latest frontier and hot issues for portable NMR spectrometer, which are actively exploring. In this project, we will carry out research works as following. (1) High-resolution spectroscopy in inhomogeneous fields for protable NMR spectrometers based on new NMR pulse sequence designs. (2) NMR Probe technology with both RF transceivering and field shimming functions, aimming for improvement on magnetic field inhomogeneities. (3) New designs on field frequency lock for magnetic temperature drift compensation, and improving the magnet instability based on signal processing manners. (4) Design and optimization on high temperature superconducting probes for signal enhancements.
