中文摘要: 随着卫星通信及互联网的发展,构建基于IP的宽带卫星网络并实现与地面有线、无线网络的无缝联接,是卫星通信发展的重要方向之一,对社会经济以及国防建设具有重要的意义。基于构建大容量高性能GEO卫星网络的目标,本项目研究核心的星上交换技术。不同于地面网络,GEO卫星网络具有其自身特点和要求,例如实时性传输、组播和广播业务占较大比重、星地传输时延大、信道状态动态变化且误码率较高、接收端性能差别较明显、对载荷比要求高等。本项目采用理论分析和计算机仿真相结合的方法,以构建新型星上IQ交换结构为基础,以实现work-conserving状态为指针,采用嵌套式研究思路,将卫星网络的特点和要求逐项纳入其中,研究相应的分组调度机制和策略。通过理论分析的方法,研究相互之间的关系和规律,揭示星上交换控制的规律,以满足不同业务不同服务质量的要求。本项目侧重基本问题和规律,为进一步开展实用性研究提供理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: With rapid development of satellite communication and terrestrial networks, it becomes Inevitable to build satellite internet to coverage satellite communication and terrestrial networks seamlessly, and that becomes more and more important for both social life and military industry. Aiming at building large capacity and high performance GEO satellite internet, this project investigate on-board packet switch technology which plays the core role in satellite internet. Different from terrestrial networks, satellite internet is characterized by the feature in terms of requirement for real-time transmission, a large amount of multicast and broadcast traffic, long transmission delay and higher transmission error rate, difference among terrestrial terminals and requirement for high on-board load ratio. By use of the method of combination of analysis and computer simulation, we first focus on developing a novel on-board switch with input-queued architecture. With the anchor to keeping the switch work-conserving, we study the on-board scheduling mechanism and policy by taking the characteristics of satellite communication listed above into account in a recursive way, respectively. Through the analysis work, we investigate the relations of the policies suitable for the characteristics, respectively, to explore the law
