中文摘要: 随着生活水平的提高,皮革制品的舒适性越来越被人们所重视。皮革制品的调温性能是影响其舒适性的重要因素之一。相变材料具有热能贮存和温度调节控制功能,可以被引入到皮革之中来改善皮革的调温性能。本项目对皮革用纳米胶囊相变材料展开相关研究,研究内容包括合成皮革用纳米胶囊相变材料,归纳合成规律,探讨合成机理;对合成出的皮革用纳米胶囊相变材料的结构、形貌、粒径大小分布、密封性、热性能、热稳定性能等进行表征;研究在皮革用纳米胶囊相变材料中添加纳米金属或金属化合物来改善相变材料的导热性能。本项目的研究将会为纳米胶囊相变材料应用于皮革生产,改善皮革的调温性能,提高皮革的舒适性能,打下必要的理论基础。

英文摘要: The comfort property of leather product was paid more and more attention with the improvement of living standards. The temperature control property of leather product was one of the important factors which affected the comfort property of leather product. The phase change materials can be used for thermal energy storage and temperature control, it can be used for improving the temperature control property of leather. In this project, Nano-encapsulated phase change materials for Leather will be researched, the research content will include that synthesizing the Nano-encapsulated phase change materials, investigating the processing parameters, exploring the synthetic mechanism; study it's properties including structure, surface, the particle size distribution, sealing performance, the thermal property and the thermal stability; improving it's thermal conductivity by using Nano metal or metal compound. The research of this project will afford the theory basis for the application of the Nano-encapsulated phase change materials, improving the temperature control property of leather and improving the comfort property of leather.
