英文摘要: This proposal aim at synthesizing a series of oligomers from new building block----aromatic ether amino acid. Due to successive intramolecular hydrogen bonding, the oligomers fold into helical structures. By introduction of auxiliary chiral groups at the end of the oligomers, one-handed helical structures are expected. Turn structures will be introduced to the oligomers to construct helix-turn-helix super secondary strucutres. Auxiliary chiral groups will also be introduced into this series of oligomers to explore the factors affecting the chiralities of the two helixes in super secondary structures and to find the relationship between the chiralities of the two helixes.
