中文摘要: 空中交通日益繁忙,管制压力陡增,通过复杂性刻画空中交通态势、减小管制调配难度是空管领域的研究热点。本项目从空中交通内在结构入手,研究空中交通复杂性的评价建模、演化机理、控制策略。主要包括:一、通过描述航空器间的复杂性关系,建立反映空中交通内在结构特征的复杂性网络模型,通过研究关键网络结构识别、网络拓扑特征分析,构建空中交通复杂性评价体系;二、基于Agent与复杂网络混合建模,构建空中交通复杂性动态演化模型,研究复杂性演化、复杂性网络结构、空中交通管理策略之间的相互影响机制,揭示空中交通复杂性演化机理;三、基于人工势场理论,研究网络演化下的空中交通复杂性动态控制决策方法,并进一步通过研究关键结构牵制策略,增强复杂性控制的可操作性。本研究有助于建立基于网络科学的空中交通复杂性研究体系,推动空中交通复杂性研究进展;有助于系统地缓解空中交通复杂程度、减小管制工作负荷,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: With the increasing heavy air traffic, the pressure of air traffic control much higher. The characterization of complex air traffic situations is an important issue in air traffic management. Complexity metrics are a powerful strategic tool for reducing the number of tactical interventions and preventing excessive tactical maneuvers. An intrinsic measure of the traffic complexity is introduced in order to study measure metric, evolutionary mechanism and control strategy of the air traffic complexity. Mainly includes: Firstly, the complex relations of each aircraft pair-wise is defined based on the properties of the relative positions and the relative speeds of aircrafts in a sector. Then the complex network model is constructed to reflect the internal structure characteristics of air traffic. By identifying key network architecture and analysising characteristics of network topology, air traffic complexity evaluation system is constructed. And secondly, using the method of combining multi-agent and complex network, traffic complexity dynamic evolution model is built.
