中文摘要: 本项目拟设计和合成系列新型苯硼酸类二茂铁基化合物,研究各种新的合成路线和合成方法,研究合成条件如反应温度、时间、溶剂、反应物比例、催化剂种类和用量对产物得率的影响规律;系统研究所得新型苯硼酸类二茂铁基化合物的糖敏性能,研究新型苯硼酸类二茂铁基化合物组成和结构对糖敏性能的影响规律,筛选出响应快、灵敏度高的新型苯硼酸类二茂铁基糖敏化合物,研究其糖敏机理;探索所得新型苯硼酸类二茂铁基化合物在电化学糖敏传感器等方面应用的可能性。 本项目既紧跟国际研究的最新动向,又有一定的超前和自己的特色,本项目的研究成果对于丰富二茂铁基化合物的合成理论具有重要的学术意义,对于促进新型苯硼酸类二茂铁基化合物走向应用具有重要的实际意义。

英文摘要: Diabetes is a disorder of glucose regulation, which is performed by an accumulating of glucose concentration in the blood. Although it is a chronic disease, it threatens human health seriously. The worldwide prevalence of diabetes is predicted to double to 366 millions by 2030 from 171 millions in 2000. Thus, The sensing of glucose is very important to the treatment of diabetes. Among various glucose biosensor platforms, electrochemical methods have received considerable attention for their high sensitivity and fast response rate, however, efficient sensing materials are needed to be developed. In this project, a series of novel ferrocene-based glucose-responsive compounds will be synthesized, and their novel preparation method and preparation route will be investigated. The possibility of application in glucose biosensors of the obtained ferrocene-based glucose-responsive compounds and the relationship between the structure and property will be studied. The achviements from the project will provide new method for preparation of novel ferrocene-based glucose-responsive compounds and optional compounds for glucose biosensors.The achievements of the project will of great importance for the synthesis of novel ferrocene-based glucose-responsive compounds and the development of novel glucose biosensors.
