中文摘要: 项目开展语义演化基础理论、度量机制及语义聚合方面的研究。在演化基础理论方面,提出了事件描述逻辑和本体代数的概念。通过定义事件的时间、角色和模态等属性,并对其技术特征进行详细分析,建立基于事件描述逻辑的语义演化机制;另一方面,通过引入本体代数,描述不同本体查询语言的共同特征,并增加对事件进行描述的算子,实现支持语义演化的查询。在语义演化度量机制方面,引入ODM表示语义,通过计算语义文档的本体概念间的欧式距离,建立依赖性矩阵,实现对演化依赖性和波动性的分析。在语义聚合方面,重点研究了语义目录的概念,实现了一种类XPath查询语言的语义目录实现机制,并实现了一个基于语义的PIM原型系统。同时,研究了语义聚合对XML查询优化方面的应用,包括XML聚类分析,缓存优化及其替换策略,面向DaaS的XML事务锁机制等。实验结果验证了理论上的可行性。

英文摘要: This Project focusing on the basic theory and measure mechanism of semantic evolution, and the theory and applications of semantic aggregation. It discussed basic theory and concepts of event description logic and ontology algebra for semantic evolution research. In event description logic area, this project discussed the event description logic based semantic evolution through the methods such as by defining the time, role and modal attributes for event, and discussing the features of different attribute. And then discussed the common operators and event operators for different semantic querying language to support semantic evolution based querying. In the measure of semantic evolution area, it employed ontology definition modal (ODM) to express semantic documents, and build the dependence matrix by computing Euclidean distance between different semantic concepts, to analyze the dependence and fluctuation of semantic evolution. In semantic aggregation area, it discussed the concept of semantic directory, and an XPath-style querying language for semantic directory, and developed a prototype of semantic based Personal Information Management (PIM). And it also focused on the research the application of semantic aggregation, especially in the area of XML querying optimization, XML clustering and XML querying cache, XML Locking mechanism for DaaS (Data as a Service). According to experiment, the strategy proposed in this project gains excellent performance.
