中文摘要: 本项目拟系统开展几种重要功能纳米线的可控制备、组装规律及组装体功能的研究,并以1-2种重要纳米线为自组装基元模型,探索高长径比超细纳米线的宏量制备及经济高效的组装方法,系统研究实现其可控宏量制备的关键因素和可控组装的技术瓶颈。重点发展纳米线表面功能化的技术和在界面上大面积可控组装纳米线的技术,发展原位跟踪纳米线单元在界面上的组装过程及修饰有功能分子的纳米线间的相互作用的技术;发展纳米线组装新体系,探索包括利用界面、毛细管作用、剪切力、外场力等诱导和协同作用的有关纳米线组装方法,探索实现纳米线单元的有效复合与组装的新途径,通过纳米线组装获得新结构和产生新功能;系统研究纳米线组装体结构和性能的相互关系,研制新型纳米线有序薄膜及具有复杂结构的纳米线组装体,将其在刚性的衬底和柔性的高分子衬底上实现有效的组装与集成,探索其在光磁、光导、存储器件、生物传感等多重功能的纳米功能器件中的应用。

英文摘要: This key project aims to realize the controllable synthesis of serveral important functional nanowires, their assembly principles and the functionalities of nanowire assemblies. This study will choose one or two nanowires as models to develop their controllable and economize synthesis methodologies and facile assembly techniques on interface. We will focus on how to realize bulky-scale synthesis of high quality nanowires and develop reliable assembly techniques for macroscopic-scale assembly of nanowires. The key issues include the surface functionalization of nanowires and their macroscopic-scale assembly techniques.We will also explore new nanowire assembly systems and reliable assembly techniques based on interface force, capillary force, shear force, field force and so on in order to achieve new assembled structures with new functionalities, and thus develop new pathways for efficiently assembling nanowires and their multicomponent composites. The relationship between the structure of nanowire assemblies and their property will be systematically investigated. New types of ordered nanowire films and their complex hierarchical assemblies with ordering will be discovered,which will be transferred to different substrates including rigid and flexible polymer substrates for device construction.
