中文摘要: 瓦斯煤尘爆炸是煤炭井工开采中的一类重大灾害。现阶段国内外对瓦斯煤尘预混爆炸的火焰传播机理及爆炸中的化学反应自由基研究得较少,其火焰传播微观机理和自由基辐射特性未得到充分揭示。文中采用“密闭管道式气-粉预混火焰精细结构实验系统”开展系列实验,综合应用高速纹影系统、高频压力传感器、微细热电偶、离子探针、瞬态光谱系统等先进测量技术,针对瓦斯浓度、煤尘浓度、煤尘粒度、煤尘种类四种外部参量不同改变条件下,测量瓦斯煤尘预混爆炸的火焰传播过程,研究瓦斯煤尘预混爆炸在管道中传播的火焰动力学过程、火焰微观结构演变规律和自由基辐射特性,揭示瓦斯煤尘预混爆炸的火焰传播机理与自由基辐射特性,对瓦斯煤尘爆炸灾害防治基础理论的发展具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Gas-coal dust explosion accident is one of the most severe disaster in coal mining industry. At the present, the studies concerning flame propagation mechanism of premixed gas and coal dust explosion and the free radicals in the chemical reaction are very limited. So the micro mechanism in flame propagation and the radiation characteristics of free radicals are not fully presented until now. Experiment system of fine structure of premixed gas and coal dust flame in airtight pipeline, as well as advanced measuring techniques like high speed schlieren system, high frequency pressure sensor, micro thermocouple, ion probe and transient spectrum system, are all adopted to do the research. On the condition of changes on four external parameters of gas concentration, dust concentration, dust granularity and dust ranks, we measured the flame propagation process of premixed gas and coal dust explosion, studied the flame dynamics process of the explosion in pipelines, evolvement rules of flame micro structure and radiation characteristic of free radicals. Finally, we found the flame propagation mechanism and the radiation characteristics of free radicals, which is of great significance to gas-coal dust explosion prevention and control.
