中文摘要: 东海赤潮灾害由于引发藻种差异,给沿海经济和生态环境造成不同的危害。利用卫星遥感资料获取更精确细致的赤潮信息,最大限度降低赤潮造成的损失,进行特定藻种的遥感识别势在必行。不同的赤潮藻会因为颗粒粒径大小、细胞内色素类型与含量等差异而使水体表现出特有的吸收与散射性质,这些固有光学特征作为藻种本身生化性质与水体表观光谱之间的中间因子,是建立有效遥感赤潮监测模型的关键。因此本项目设计以舟山赤潮高发海域为研究区,从典型赤潮水体固有光学特征对赤潮藻种生理生化特性差异的响应机制入手,通过大量实测数据的系统深入分析,结合Mie散射理论,获得控制典型赤潮水体吸收与散射固有光学特征的关键量化因子,建立适用于东海赤潮高发区典型赤潮藻种的基于固有光学特征遥感识别模型,并进行卫星数据的应用。本研究对于促进卫星遥感在赤潮灾害监测中的应用具有重要的实际意义。

英文摘要: Different type of Harmful Algal Bloom (HAB) will bring diverse risks to the coastal economy and ecology. In order to improve the remote sensing monitoring ability and reduce the losses, it is imperative to develop the distinguishing technique. The cell size and pigment composition of different HAB algae species contribute greatly to the water Inherent Optical Properties (IOPs) including absorption and scattering coefficients, which play key role in remote sensing model development as the medium of algae biochemical properties and seawater apparent spectra. This program chooses the coastal water around Zhoushan Islands in the East China Sea (ECS) as the survey region to study the response mechanism of seawater IOPs to algae biophysical-biochemical properties diversities. On the base of thorough and systematical analyses of large amount in-situ dataset combined with Mie scattering theory, we are aim to get the primary control factors of typical HAB seawater IOPs, and develop a remote sensing detection and distinguishing model applicable for typical HAB in ECS, which can be applied on satellite data in advance. This study and achievement will be of great helf to the HAB satellite monitoring.
