中文摘要: 本项目提出通过制备rhBMP-2脉冲缓释微球,然后与PLA/HA混合,采用低温三维打印技术制备出一种rhBMP-2脉冲缓释型多孔骨修复支架材料,解决rhBMP-2在快速成型过程中如何保持长的释放周期和活性难题;其次,通过研究rhBMP-2在支架中的脉冲释放动力学、以及释放行为对支架上骨髓基质干细胞迁移、增殖和分化的影响,探索和理解rhBMP-2脉冲释放微球在支架中的释放机制。该研究将个性化治疗的三维打印成型技术与脉冲缓释技术的优点相结合,为解决骨缺损个性化治疗和骨诱导因子长效缓释中存在的难题提供了新的思路。

英文摘要: The aim of this project is to develop a kind of rhBMP - 2 pulse release porous bone repair scaffold composed of PLA, HA and rhBMP-2 pulse released microspheres by low-temperature 3D printing technique. This technology could maintain long release cycle and bioactivity during rapid prototyping process. Secondly, the pulse release dynamics of rhBMP-2 and influence of release behavior and mechanism on migration, proliferation and differentiation of marrow stromal stem cells will be explored. This study combines the advantages of 3D rapid prototyping technology and pulse release technology, which will be to provide new ideas for the bone defect personalized therapy and bone inducing factor long-term release.
