中文摘要: 本项目针对复杂订单设计型(ETO)产品定制设计周期长的不足,在深入研究装备制造业的ETO产品及其零部件的定制设计特点和规律的基础上,从工程设计方法学角度出发,提出了一种面向大批量定制的ETO产品快速配置设计理论和方法。利用大批量定制设计原理和延迟设计分离点(PDDP),将组成ETO产品的零部件划分为不同定制深度的4种设计类型,使针对ETO产品的整体设计转变为对零部件的配置变型设计。在ETO产品配置设计基本理论的指导下,对其中的关键技术进行研究,并建立一套适应大批量定制环境下ETO产品配置设计的方法,包括(1)基于事物特性表技术和模块化设计技术构建ETO产品主结构配置模型的方法、(2)产品配置知识表达方法、研究了基于PDM系统的支持MC的知识管理方法,重点研究了知识管理的关键技术原理,包括零部件分类、零部件主模型等。(3)ETO产品配置设计推理方法和过程,以及基于事物特性表进行ETO产品零部件变型设计获得精确定制产品结构和工程数据的方法;(4)以农业机械产品收割机为对象,对项目提出的理论与方法进行了验证。 项目成果在学术期刊和国际会议上发表论文12篇,EI收录6篇,获得2项软件著作权。

英文摘要: The project takes ETO product as study object and researched deeply customized design characteristics of it and its parts in equipment manufacturing industry. The concept of Postponing Design Decouple Point (PDDP) was put forward. Accordingly a theory supporting effectly configuration design of ETO product was presented and transferred whole development and design of ETO product to configuration and variant design of its parts and assembles. This project's research contents mainly include:1) a method to build up master structure configuration models' master models and documents based on TLAC and modularization technique was presented; 2) aiming at the problem of difficult maintenance of ETO product configuration knowledge, a TLAC-based method was presented.With this method, product's assembly relationship knowledge and configuration design knowledge could be expressed effectively and clearly. and a knowledge management for MC based on PDM system also was researched; 3)unifying configuration design of ETO product is a multi-levels, multi-stages and continuing evolution process, a configuration reasoning method and process of ETO product based on TLAC was brought forward. Utilizing these methods, with harvestera, a kind of agriculture product, as a application example, a prototype system will be developed and accordingly the cycle of design and technical preparation will be reduced effectively. The fruits of this project include 12 papers published on academic journal and international meeting, among them there are 6 papers was cited by EI. Two computer software copyright were obtained.
