中文摘要: 手性多孔金属-有机骨架材料在诸多领域都有着广泛应用。利用手性诱导的方法制备手性物质,消除了对手性中心的依赖,给我们有目的的合成手性物质提供了更加广阔的天地。本项目拟选用合适的手性离子液体或者在非手性溶剂中融入手性添加剂的方法,通过其诱导,有目的的合成制备系列以核碱基及其衍生物,柔性羧酸为配体的手性金属-生物分子多孔材料,并通过改变手性离子液体的阴阳离子构型,手性添加剂的种类,总结定向组装的规律,尝试寻找手性溶剂及手性添加剂的诱导机理。同时对手性金属-生物分子多孔材料进行开展药物分子选择吸收及释放的研究,为制备具有多功能的手性金属-生物分子多孔材料提供实验指导和理论依据。

英文摘要: Homochiral porous materials have been widely used in many fields. The induction of chiral porous solids containing only achiral building blocks is a new direction, which is using of asymmetric crystallization from achiral precursors to form enantiopure or enantioenriched crystalline nanoporous materials. Its biggest advantage is that in principle it is not limited to chiral composition. As such, it provides us with a fertile field for the development of homochiral porous solids. This project is using chiral ionic liquids or chiral additive to induce the chirality in the final product. We want to use achiral building blocks like purine, their modifications and some flexible carboxylic acid as linkers to synthesis some metal biomolecule porous frameworks. We also want to draw some conclusions from these reactions by change the cation and anion of chiral ionic liquid and the kinds of chiral additive. Therefore we hope to understand the mechanism of chiral induction of porous solids and can design these chiral porous materials. At the same time, we can do some research on drug storage or release by using these chiral porous materials. We make our effort to get useful information on synthese metal biomolecule porous frameworks.
