中文摘要: 混凝土桩广泛的运用于土木工程基础结构中,为了安全目的进行混凝土桩的健康监测是很重要的,也即进行桩身完整性和桩承载力评估。在本研究中,提出了一种基于压电陶瓷的创新方法来进行混凝土桩的损伤检测与健康监测。开发出一种基于压电陶瓷的多功能传感器进行健康监测。浇筑前在混凝土桩中预先确定的位置埋入上述智能骨料以组成一个主动检测网络。在提出的方法中,按照设计埋入的压电陶瓷片(智能骨料)作为执行器发射列阵在桩体和土体内传递的波,其它压电陶瓷片列阵作为传感器检测发射波的响应。提出了基于小波包分析的能量向量,并通过对比能量分布向量在健康和损伤混凝土桩中的不同来得到损伤指标,以及波在土体内部以及土桩界面上的变化,从而判断土的特性变化以及土-桩耦合机理,判断混凝土桩的承载能力和安全性能。该技术可用来进行新建混凝土桩基的完整性检测以及混凝土桩的长期监测。

英文摘要: Concrete piles are widely used in the construction of civil infrastructures and it is important to perform the health monitoring of concrete piles for the safety purpose. In this paper, a piezoceramic-based innovative approach is proposed for the damage detection and health monitoring of concrete piles. A multi-functional piezoceramic-based transducer device, smart aggregate, is developed for the health monitoring purpose. An active-sensing network is formed by embedding the proposed smart aggregates at the pre-determined locations in the concrete piles before casting. In the proposed approach, one smart aggregate distributed group are used as an actuator to excite the desired waves running across the soil body and in the pile as well and the other distributed group of smart aggregates are used as sensors to detect the wave responses. An energy distribution vector is formed based on the wavelet-packet analysis results of sensor signals. A damage index is formed by comparing the difference between the energy distribution vectors of the health concrete pile and the damaged concrete pile. Via comparingthe change of the wave on the transmission way inside of the soil body as well as on the cross section between the soil and the pile,the character change of the soil and the soil-pile coupling theory could be obtained
