中文摘要: 本项目以Y11P型小圆形低频电连接器在热真空环境下的可靠性评定为应用背景,针对电连接器热真空加速寿命试验区域为非矩形,现有的综合应力最优加速寿命试验方案设计方法不能适用的问题,首次系统开展非矩形试验区域综合应力加速寿命试验方案优化设计的研究;基于计算机模拟试验和理论推证,提出可兼顾对寿命的估计精度、对模型参数偏差的稳健性和对试验区域边界误差稳健性的非矩形试验区域综合应力最优试验方案设计准则,建立非矩形试验区域综合应力加速寿命试验方案的优化设计方法和规范;解决电连接器在热真空环境下的最优加速寿命试验方案设计问题,实现电连接器热真空环境可靠性的快速评定。

英文摘要: Reliability assessment of Y11P type of miniature circular low-frequency electrical connectors in the thermal vacuum environment is taking as the application background, as the accelerated life test region of electrical connection in thermal vacuum environment is non-rectangular, the existing methods for optimum accelerated life test plan under multiple stresses can not be applied, the research on optimum accelerated life test plan under multiple stresses in non-rectangular test region is carrying out systematically in this project firstly. Based on computer simulation test and theoretical deduction, the design criteria for multiple stresses optimum test plan in non-rectangular test region is proposed, which takes the estimation accuracy of lifetime, the robustness of the model parameter deviations and the robustness of test region boundary into consideration; the optimal design method for multiple stresses accelerated test plan in non-rectangular test region is established; the problem for designing optimum accelerated life test plan of electrical connection in thermal vacuum environment is solved, and the reliability of electrical connection in thermal vacuum environment is rapidly assessed.
