中文摘要: 本项目以实现纳米铁酸盐复合氧化物的可控制备为目的,选择环己烷的催化氧化为探针反应,制备并充分表征系列纳米铁酸盐催化剂,系统考察其结构对物性和催化性能的影响,总结其构效关系。在此基础上,通过对催化剂组成和结构的调变,实现催化剂的性能优化;系统考察不同制备方法和条件对纳米铁酸盐结构、物性及催化性能的影响,实现制备方法的优选和制备条件的优化,实现纳米铁酸盐材料的可控制备。最后,优化催化反应条件,为环己烷催化氧化建立一种清洁高效、环境友好、催化剂可重复使用的新体系。同时,也为此类催化剂在催化氧化反应中的选择和设计总结一些规律和理论经验。

英文摘要: The project aims at tunable preparation of ferrite nano-materials.Selective oxidation of cyclohexane is selected as probe reaction and following studies will be carried out. (1) A series of magnetic materials will be prepared and well characterized. Their catalytic performances on selective oxidation of cyclohexane will be investigated carefully and relationships between structures and performances of the ferrites will be disclosed. Based on this, performances of ferrites will be optimized by tuning their composites and structures.(2) The methods and conditions for preparation of the ferrites will be also optimized to bring about tunable preparation of the ferrites.(3) Reaction conditions for cyclohexane oxidation will be optimized. Based on the above studies, a green catalytic system with high efficiency and selectivity for cyclohexane oxidation will be founded.The potential capacities and advantages of the ferrites as catalysts for selective oxidation of other hydrocarbons will be disclosed and the theoretical and experimental supporting will be provided for design, preparation and optimizing of the ferrites.
