中文摘要： 在全球经济服务化趋势增强、生产性服务业成为国际大都市主导产业和增长动力背景下，中国大城市正向服务经济迈进，生产性服务业的空间集聚逐渐成为影响城市空间重构和功能提升的重要力量。本项目以北京市为研究对象，结合经济地理、城市地理、服务经济、城市经济等学科理论，依托基本单位普查和经济普查的大样本企业数据以及企业问卷和政府访谈的实地调查资料，以街区为基本空间单元，基于"测度辨识-演变过程-形成机理-调控模式"的研究框架，从时间维、空间维、结构维等视角，综合集成研究生产性服务业空间结构的演化机理与调控模式，并进行大都市生产性服务业空间结构的理论总结，旨在为北京市优化产业布局、提升城市功能和运行效率、加快建设中国特色世界城市提供科学依据，并补充和丰富大都市生产性服务业空间结构研究体系、推动我国服务业地理学研究。

英文摘要： The world industry structure presents a general trend that the industry economy is transforming to service economy and producer services is becoming the leading industries and driving factors of economic growth in the metropolis. Under this background, Chinese metropolises are moving into service economy. The spatial agglomeration of producer services is now a major driver of urban spatial reconstruction and functional improvement. Using large data sample of enterprises in Beijing, which was collected from basic unit census in 1996 and 2001 and economic census in 2004 and 2008,the research explores the evolution mechanism and control mode of producer services' spatial structure from temporal, spatial and structural aspects based on the theoretic framework of comprehensive measure, evolution process, formation mechanism and control mode. Then the producer services' spatial structure in metropolis is summarized theoretically, basing on the theories of economic geography, urban geography, service economy, urban economy, and so on. The practical value of the study lies in providing a scientific basis for constructing producer services' spatial rationalized organization in Beijing city.
