中文摘要: 纤维素乙醇是符合我国可再生能源发展规划的生物质液态能源。改变纤维素的结晶结构以提高水解效率是需要解决的重要科学问题之一。染整工业实践证明活性染料染色棉织物中的纤维素因改性而易于酸水解。跟踪研究发现:微晶纤维素中引入少量三氯均三嗪可改变纤维素的结晶结构并提高水解效率;改性纤维素的水解效率与均三嗪加入量、纤维素结晶指数及各晶面含量等参数之间存在定量关系。但是,此定量关系的形成机理、改性纤维素的结构对水解性能的调控机制仍不清楚,尚需深入研究。本项目拟进一步合成三氯均三嗪的系列衍生物用于木质纤维素的改性,研究其反应机理与水解动力学,探索改性纤维素的结构变化规律,阐明纤维素的结晶结构对水解性能的调控机制,构建木质纤维素的结构-水解效率定量模型,建立一种基于均三嗪衍生物改性的木质纤维素原料预处理新方法。本项目的研究成果对木质纤维素转化为乙醇的化学预处理方法与机理的研究具有重要的科学意义和实际应用价值。

英文摘要: Ethanol from cellulose is one of proper liquid biomass energy in the sustainable developing plan of our country. The key scientific problem of this kind of energy is to increase the yield of hydrolysis via the variation of the crystal structure of cellulose. The cellulose in cotton fabric dyed with reactive dyes is apt to be acidic hydrolyzed, which has been proved by the practice of dyeing industry. Based on primary study, the yield of hydrolysis of microcrystalline cellulose can be largely increased by modification with a few amount of cyanuric chloride,and the yield is related quantitatively to the dose of cyanuric chloride, crystalline index of cellulose and the content of the crystalline planes. However, the mechanism of the quantitative relations and the controllability of the structure on the hydrolysis of cellulose are still not clear. The current proposal is: a series of derivates of cyanuric chloride groups would be synthesized and utilized on the modification of cellulose, and then the mechanism of reaction between modifiers and cellulose and the viartion of structure of the modified products would be studied in detail, in order to clarify the controllability of property of hydrolysis of cellulose through its cryatal structural adjustment.
