中文摘要: 聚芳醚因与骨的力学性能相匹配和射线可透性等优点越来越多地被用作骨植入材料,但传统聚芳醚的生物惰性及移植物与人体组织结合性欠佳使其应用受限。本项目拟结合三维表面构筑化学改性方法和类骨磷灰石仿生矿化物理改性方法,对一种新型的聚芳醚含二氮杂萘酮联苯结构聚芳醚砜酮(PPBESK)进行表面改性,既不影响其原有的力学性能等方面的优点,又提高其生物相容性。用浓硫酸处理构筑PPBESK三维表面结构,在三维表面涂覆磷酸化的聚多巴胺层作为聚合物和类骨磷灰石之间的粘接层,通过仿生矿化法在聚多巴胺表面沉积类骨磷灰石涂层,研究三维表面结构及类骨磷灰石涂层对PPBESK生物相容性的影响,掌握构筑PPBESK三维表面及在三维表面沉积类骨磷灰石涂层的改性方法,为制备生物相容性优异的具有三维表面结构的PPBESK新型骨植入材料提供理论基础和实验依据。

英文摘要: Poly(aryl ether) as bone implant material attracts more and more interest due to the bone-like mechanical property and radiolucency. However, the biocompatibility and histocompatibility of poly(aryl ether) are not ideal as bone implant material. In the project, modification methods of three dimentional surface and spontaneous formation of apatite coating are combined to modify poly(aryl ether sulfone ketone) containing phthalazinone moiety (PPBESK). The biocompatibility of PPBESK is enhanced without loss of its mechanical property. PPBESK is treated by concentrated sulfuric acid to prepare three dimensional surface and coated by a phosphorylated polydopamine layer. The bone-like apatite layer is formed spontaneously on the modified surface of PPBESK. The influence of three dimentional surface and apatite layer on PPBESK biocompatibility is studied. The objective of the project is to obtain the combined modification method of sulfuric acid treatment and spontaneous formation of apatite layer on PPBESK and enhance its biocompatibility.
