中文摘要: 饮用水消毒是保障饮用水安全必需的处理过程。然而,化学消毒剂灭活微生物的同时,也和水中的一些无机和有机物反应生成具有健康风险和生态风险的消毒副产物(DBPs)。研究发现,溴代或含氮DBPs比相应的氯代或非含氮DBPs具有更高的毒性或危害。但是目前的研究多数是关于卤代甲烷、卤代乙酸等常规DBPs的,关于新兴溴代含氮DBPs的研究很少。现在工农业污染以及水体富营养化问题日益严重,这使得饮用水中溴离子和有机氮的水平升高,从而会导致消毒过程中更多溴代含氮DBPs生成。因此本项目将研究藻类有机物在氯消毒和臭氧-氯消毒过程中产生的新兴溴代含氮DBPs的特点和生成机理。本项目选用铜绿微囊藻,通过深入分析藻类有机物的结构探讨藻类有机物生成新兴溴代含氮DBPs的机理。本项目的研究成果可以进一步填补DBPs研究领域的空白,为饮用水中DBPs的毒性研究、风险评价、控制技术等提供重要参考信息。

英文摘要: Disinfection is essential for providing safe drinking water. However, in disinfection of drinking water, chemical disinfectants used to inactivate microorganism react with organic or inorganic matters in water to generate harmful disinfection byproducts (DBPs). It has been reported that brominated or nitrogenous DBPs are more toxic than the corresponding chlorinated or non-nitrogenous DBPs, respectively. By now, most of studies still focus on the commonly known DBPs, e.g., haloamethanes and haloacetic acids. Studies on emerging brominated nitrogenous DBPs are very limited. Today, the problems of water pollution and eutrophication become serious, which cause increases of bromide and dissolved organic nitrogen levels in source water; thus there should be more brominated nitrogenous DBPs generated in disinfection. Accordingly, in this project, the formation of emerging brominated nitrogenous DBPs from algal organic matter (AOM) in chlorination and ozonation-chlorination will be investigated. The representative algae in eutrophication, Mycrocystis Aeruginosa, will be selected for collection of AOM. The structure of AOM will be characterized and deeply explored. Then the formation mechanisms from AOM to emerging brominated nitrogenous DBPs will be explored. Results from this project will provide new information in DB
