中文摘要: 恶性肿瘤的高效低毒治疗策略至关重要,一直是新型药物研发和临床应用的瓶颈问题。本项目首创提出构建新型多功能磁性纳米金壳材料。通过纳米金壳放疗增敏与内核夹心二氧化硅负载的多烯紫衫醇放疗增敏的双重作用,协同磁性纳米金壳近红外光热疗特性,联合磁性纳米金壳磁共振成像以及纳米材料的主被动靶向作用,实现双重增敏放疗协同光热疗和磁共振成像"多位一体"治疗恶性肿瘤,克服肿瘤复发、转移等问题。为恶性肿瘤的综合诊治带来新思路,为实现肿瘤的高效、低毒治疗和个体化治疗开拓新途径、新方法和新理论。

英文摘要: It's critical to kill cancer with high efficacy and low toxicity, which has always been one of the bottlenecks in the new drug investigation and clinical application. This research first proposes to build a novel multifunctional structure of magnetic gold nanoshells. By the combination of dual-radiosensitization of gold nanoshells and sustained release of Docetaxel from silica nanorattles, photothermal therapy, magnetic resonance imaging, passive and positive targeting of magnetic gold nanoshells, it can realize the "all in one" new strategy to kill cancer by their dual-radiosensitization and photothermal therapy. This strategy will contribute to solve the problem of cancer recurrence and metastasis and bring light to the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment. It also provides the new theories, new methods and new technologies for cancer therapy with high efficacy and low toxicity and for personalized therapy.
