中文摘要: 工程塑料主要是以共价键相连接的大分子组成的高分子化合物,已经广泛替代钢铁,用作机械运动部件。在苛刻工况中, 高分子材料不可避免的老化现象,困扰着高分子材料滑动摩擦副运行的可靠性和使用寿命。针对高分子材料滑动摩擦副使用过程中环境与介质对材料降解、老化与摩擦磨损的交互作用问题,本项目以PA、POM、UHMWPE、PTFE、PI、PEEK等典型工程塑料为对象,构建高分子材料热降解、化学降解、氧化降解和光致降解环境摩擦学试验平台,研究高分子材料老化程度对摩擦学性能的影响规律、材料分子链结构和凝聚态结构对摩擦磨损过程中老化机制的影响,通过不同老化环境中高分子材料的摩擦学性能试验,探讨摩擦磨损过程与高分子材料老化过程的交互作用关系。结合计算机仿真,揭示高分子材料在苛刻环境中高分子材料结构老化与摩擦磨损过程的交互作用机理,建立数学关系模型,为高分子材料滑动摩擦副设计和工程应用提供基础数据和理论依据。

英文摘要: Engineering plastics, also called macromolecule compounds, are formed by a series of long chains linking up macromolecules in covalent bond. The macromolecule compound is used as mechanical part in many fields to substitute traditional steel. Their chain bonding strength is likely to be degraded when they are exposed to or operated under severe environment, this subsequently influences their reliability and service life. This project aims at studying the interaction and mutual influence between the ageing and tribological properties of these typical macromolecule compounds (polyamide, polyformaldehyde, Ultrahigh Molecular Weight Polyethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyimide, Polyetheretherketone), and building a tribological experimental platform for thermal degradation, chemical degradation, oxidative degradation and light degradation for macromolecule compounds. The study uses tribological properties experiment under different ageing environments, to research the influence of the macromolecule compound ageing on tribological properties, and the influence of the structure of molecular chain and condensed state on ageing mechanism of friction and wear process.
